FM19420 is a HF front-end boost chip for enhancing the RF performance for NFC Tag with limited small size antenna. FM19420 is compliant with ISO 14443 typeA protocol. FM19420 can play a role just as front-end physical channel, or FM19420 can accomplish ISO 14443-3 data processing and can convey the data to MCU through SPI interface.
